Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro participant model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She first began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was awarded her professional card. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was away for six years from the stage, after obtaining the Pro Card required to complete her university studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to stage in the year of 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several seasons, setting new objectives each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close 2009. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro card to finish her college education. Then she returned in the month of October with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th spot for the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique year after year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Ariel warms herself before going on to her working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of the back exercises she does. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
